Project Manager (m/f/d)

Since our foundation in spring 2009, we have established partnerships as a medium-sized company with companies from the aerospace, semiconductor, defence and automotive industries as well as laboratory and medical technology and renewable energies. Through the development of our own products for measurement and control technology as well as numerous exciting and challenging projects in the aforementioned industries, we convince with our expertise in hardware and hardware-related software development, consulting and testing of complex systems.

In order to meet the growing complexity and requirements of our product developments, we are looking for you as

Project Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg or Kiel

These are your challenges:

Holistic responsibility and management of (product) development projects in accordance with the PMBOK-based Project Management Standard of kumkeo GmbH from initiation to completion with the aim of successful project realisation measured against the project specifications and customer satisfaction
Central contact person in the projects for all internal and external stakeholders
Close cooperation with the Technical Lead
Sensitivity to successfully manage a project with technical background knowledge
Ensuring the documentation of project results and documentation as well as proof of process conformity through regular project quality audits by the QMB
Reporting project progress and KPIs to all relevant stakeholders
Promoting the continuous improvement of processes, methods and tools
Supporting marketing and sales in customer and project acquisition

Your profile:

Completed studies in electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable degree programme
Professional experience in managing hardware and/or (embedded) software development projects, preferably from a technical background, e.g. as a system architect or technical expert
Quick comprehension, good abstraction skills and the ability to structure complex projects with many stakeholders
Diplomatic flair and skill in communicating with all internal and external stakeholders
High degree of personal responsibility and loyalty
Very good German and good English skills
Confident handling of MS Office
