Account Manager (m/f/d)

These are your challenges:

  • The sale of our development services, which are realized at our Hamburg and Kiel locations as well as at our customers’ premises
  • Advising your customers on complex development projects and developing customized solutions – our experts are on hand to help you with challenging technical issues
  • Development and support of your own customer base with the option of taking on existing customers after your induction period
  • The opportunity to specialize in your own customer area after getting to know our core industries (semiconductor, defense and automotive, aerospace, laboratory and medical technology, renewable energies)
  • Processing inquiries, preparing quotations and negotiating contracts and prices
  • Building long-term and successful business relationships with your customers
  • Participation in the selection of personnel and the opportunity to take over the management of these after your induction period in your customer area

What you bring with you:

  • You have successfully completed a technical and/or business degree or have a comparable qualification
  • You have demonstrable skills in technical sales
  • You prefer to be in the field, but also like to pick up the phone yourself
  • You want to build up know-how in hardware and hardware-related software development and the testing of complex systems with the support of our experts
  • Long-term cooperation with your customers and employees is important to you
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and approach and impress with your confident demeanor and rhetorical skills
  • You can motivate yourself and have high quality standards
  • You bring mobility in the greater Hamburg area and willingness to travel beyond the borders of northern Germany (travel activity approx. 20-25%)
  • You are fluent in German and business fluent in English
