The Battery Management System BEN is a further development of the Battery Monitoring System. It was developed with the aim of offering the greatest possible flexibility in adapting to different cell chemistries, capacities through cell interconnections and voltage classes, without compromising on safety. This is achieved through modularization into the Battery Control Unit, Battery Disconnect Unit and Cell Monitoring Unit.
