Account Management Specialist

Account Management Specialist (m/f/d)

These are your challenges:

  • Supporting the account management team with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Dealing with written and telephone correspondence
  • Creation and maintenance of sales-supporting overviews and documents
  • Independent monitoring of deadlines and implementation of appropriate measures
  • Coordination of appointments for the sales force
  • Preparation and follow-up of contract-relevant documents
  • Creation of presentations
  • Organization of and participation in meetings, including taking minutes

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar.
  • Enjoy talking to customers on the phone
  • Ideally initial experience in internal sales
  • Professional manners in internal and external communication
  • Independent way of working and proactive way of thinking
  • Reliable tracking of all operational issues
  • Ability to organize and prioritize different contacts and tasks
  • High quality standards in combination with a meticulous way of working
  • Structured personality with a high degree of personal responsibility and discretion
  • Friendly, engaging and service-oriented demeanor
  • Strong ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of Office 365 including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and basic knowledge of English
