Balancer

The slave balancer module integrated in the battery pack ensures the proper functioning and secure balancing of the cells while measuring both voltage and temperature.

The balancer boards were designed to be permanently integrated in the battery pack. They balance the charging levels between the individual cells while monitoring their voltage and operating temperatures to detect any critical conditions. In this way, they ensure that the battery pack works safely. The battery monitoring unit (BMU) is connected in a daisy chain to an isoSPI communications interface.
